UK: Робота присвячена дослідженню та аналізу можливостей екологізації готельно-ресторанного бізнесу з метою зменшення його впливу на навколишнє середовище та підвищення екологічної свідомості споживачів. Робота включає в себе описовий аналіз сучасного стану готельно-ресторанного бізнесу, аналіз можливих екологічних підходів та їх впровадження, а також методики оцінки ефективності таких заходів. Результати цієї роботи можуть бути корисні для менеджерів готелів та ресторанів, власників закладів, а також для урядових та неприбуткових організацій, що працюють у сфері екології та сталого розвитку.
