Світовий ринок ІТ-послуг в умовах цифрової трансформації глобальної економіки

Abstract

UK: У роботі досліджено теоретичні основи розвитку світового ринку ІТ-послуг та особливості його функціонування в умовах цифрової трансформації глобальної економіки. Розкрито сутність ІТ-послуг як ключового елемента сучасної цифрової економіки, що забезпечує розвиток інноваційних технологій, цифрових платформ, хмарних рішень, кібербезпеки та глобальних інформаційних систем. Уточнено понятійно-категоріальний апарат дослідження, зокрема визначено зміст світового ринку ІТ-послуг як системи міжнародних економічних відносин, пов’язаних із створенням, впровадженням та використанням цифрових технологій і сервісів. Проаналізовано динаміку розвитку світового ринку ІТ-послуг у 2017–2025 роках, а також вплив цифровізації, пандемії COVID-19, воєнних викликів та глобальних економічних трансформацій на його структурні зміни. EN: The paper explores the theoretical foundations of the development of the global IT services market and the features of its functioning in the context of the digital transformation of the global economy. The essence of IT services as a key element of the modern digital economy, which ensures the development of innovative technologies, digital platforms, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and global information systems, is revealed. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of the study is specified, in particular, the content of the global IT services market as a system of international economic relations related to the creation, implementation and use of digital technologies and services is determined. The dynamics of the development of the global IT services market in 2017–2025 are analyzed, as well as the impact of digitalization, the COVID-19 pandemic, military challenges and global economic transformations on its structural changes.
