Investigating atmospheric air quality in Ukraine through civic monitoring: a case study of the city of Zaporizhzhia

UK: В роботі аналізується якість атмосферного повітря у місті Запоріжжя в умовах війни, коли через руйнування інфраструктури та появу нових джерел викидів значно зросло забруднення повітря. Окрема увага приділена ролі громадського моніторингу у відстеженні рівнів понад 80 забруднюючих речовин, включно з канцерогенами, у режимі реального часу. Здійснено порівняння даних громадських станцій зі стаціонарними постами державної системи моніторингу. EN: The work analyzes the quality of atmospheric air in the city of Zaporizhzhia under wartime conditions, when air pollution has significantly increased due to infrastructure destruction and the emergence of new emission sources. Particular attention is paid to the role of civic monitoring in tracking the levels of more than 80 pollutants, including carcinogens, in real time.
