Abstract

UK: Цей дипломний проєкт являє собою комплексне інженерне розроблення, об'єктом якого є зведення цеху з виробництва та обслуговування газових котлів у м. Вінниця. Матеріали роботи послідовно розкривають кожен із визначальних етапів організації та виконання будівельно-монтажних процесів. В архітектурно-будівельному розділі проєкту розкрито специфіку територіальних умов зведення об'єкта, а також детально описано просторове планування і несучі системи споруди. Крім того, проведено ідентифікацію рівня відповідальності будівлі та визначено базове інженерно-технічне устаткування цеху. В основу розрахунково-конструктивної частини покладено проєктування ребристої плити покриття. Завершальним етапом цього розділу є розроблення детальних робочих креслень для виготовлення конструкції. В організаційно-технологічному розділі проєкту детально обґрунтовано методи виконання будівельно-монтажних процесів та розроблено зведений календарний графік зведення об'єкта. Окрему увагу приділено проєктуванню будгенплану, який враховує всі розрахункові потреби будівельного майданчика щодо тимчасових будівель і необхідних енергетичних ресурсів. Для фінансового обґрунтування проєкту розроблено економічну частину, в якій обчислено повну кошторисну вартість зведення об'єкта. Усі розрахунки базуються на поточних цінових показниках, що дає змогу точно спрогнозувати розмір капіталовкладень та довести рентабельність обраних будівельних і технологічних методів. Питанням безпечного ведення будівництва присвячено розділ «Охорона праці та цивільна безпека». У цій частині проєкту наведено регламент забезпечення персоналу засобами індивідуального захисту, сформульовано суворі правила безпечної експлуатації вантажопідіймальних механізмів і виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт. Окрім того, розділ містить розробку необхідних протипожежних заходів та стратегію охорони навколишнього природного середовища. EN: This diploma project is a complex engineering development, the object of which is the construction of a workshop for the production and maintenance of gas boilers in Vinnytsia. The materials of the work consistently reveal each of the defining stages of the organization and implementation of construction and installation processes. The architectural and construction section of the project reveals the specifics of the territorial conditions for the construction of the facility, as well as describes in detail the spatial planning and load-bearing systems of the structure. In addition, the level of responsibility of the building was identified and the basic engineering and technical equipment of the workshop was determined. The design of a ribbed covering slab is the basis of the calculation and construction part. The final stage of this section is the development of detailed working drawings for the manufacture of the structure. The organizational and technological section of the project substantiates in detail the methods for performing construction and installation processes and develops a consolidated calendar schedule for the construction of the facility. Special attention was paid to the design of the budget plan, which takes into account all the estimated needs of the construction site for temporary buildings and the necessary energy resources. For the financial justification of the project, an economic part was developed, in which the full estimated cost of constructing the facility was calculated. All calculations are based on current price indicators, which makes it possible to accurately predict the amount of capital investments and prove the profitability of the selected construction and technological methods. The section "Occupational safety and civil security" is devoted to the issues of safe construction management. This part of the project provides regulations for providing personnel with personal protective equipment, formulates strict rules for the safe operation of lifting mechanisms and the performance of construction and installation works. In addition, the section contains the development of necessary fire prevention measures and an environmental protection strategy.
