Адаптація міжнародного досвіду використання штучного інтелекту в антикорупційній політиці КП «Запоріжелектротранс»

Abstract

UK: Досліджено сутність корупції, методи протидії їй, теоретичні засади цифровізації бізнес-процесів у публічному секторі, та предиктивні можливості Ші й стандартів ISO 37001 та OECD для мінімізації впливу людського фактора. На основі аналізу міжнародного досвіду (систем ALICE, DOZORRO, норм EU AI Act) та оцінки чинної антикорупційної політики й фінансово-господарських вразливостей КП «Запоріжелектротранс» у закупівлях та експлуатації інфраструктури, обґрунтовано й розроблено інтегровану модель цифрового контролю «Smart Compliance» за допомогою датчиків палива, GPS-трекерів та парсингу цін у Prozorro. EN: The study examines the essence of corruption, methods to combat it, the theoretical foundations of business process digitalization in the public sector, and the predictive capabilities of AI, ISO 37001, and OECD standards aimed at minimizing the impact of the human factor. Based on the analysis of international experience (including the ALICE and DOZORRO systems, and the EU AI Act regulations), alongside the assessment of the current anti-corruption policy and financial and economic vulnerabilities of KP 'Zaporizhelektrotrans' in procurement and infrastructure operations, an integrated digital control model 'Smart Compliance' has been substantiated and developed, utilizing fuel sensors, GPS trackers, and price parsing in Prozorro.
