Проєкт будівництва торгівельного комплексу в м.Дніпро

Abstract

UK: Метою дипломної кваліфікаційної роботи є розроблення проєкту будівництва сучасного торгівельного комплексу в місті Дніпро, який відповідає чинним будівельним нормам, вимогам безпеки, енергоефективності та комфорту для відвідувачів і персоналу. Архітектурно-будівельна частина включає аналіз умов будівництва, обґрунтування прийнятих об’ємно-планувальних та конструктивних рішень, визначення класу наслідків (відповідальності) будівлі, а також опис передбачених систем інженерного забезпечення та технічного оснащення об’єкта. В організаційно-технологічній частині наведений вибір методів виконання основних будівельно-монтажних робіт, визначені потреби в матеріально-технічних ресурсах, розроблений генплан. В економічній частині визначено основні техніко-економічні показники проєкту, розраховано кошторисну вартість будівництва та оцінено економічну доцільність реалізації об’єкта. У розділі охорона праці та цивільна безпека розглянуто заходи щодо забезпечення безпечних умов праці під час будівництва торгівельного комплексу, а також питання пожежної безпеки, цивільного захисту та охорони навколишнього середовища. EN: The purpose of the diploma qualification work is to develop a construction project for a modern shopping mall in the city of Dnipro that meets current building codes, safety requirements, energy efficiency, and comfort for visitors and staff. The architectural and construction part includes an analysis of construction conditions, justification of the adopted spatial planning and design decisions, determination of the class of consequences (liability) of the building, as well as a description of the envisaged engineering support systems and technical equipment of the facility. The organizational and technological part presents a choice of methods for performing the main construction and installation works, determines the needs for material and technical resources, and develops a general plan. The economic part determines the main technical and economic indicators of the project, calculates the estimated cost of construction, and assesses the economic feasibility of implementing the facility. The occupational health and civil safety section considers measures to ensure safe working conditions during the construction of the shopping mall, as well as issues of fire safety, civil protection, and environmental protection.
