| dc.description.abstract | UK: Об’єкт досліджень – процеси створення порошкових покриттів. Предмет дослідження – режими нанесення порошкової фарби для отримання якісного полімерного покриття. Мета роботи – розробка технології нанесення та отримання якісного порошкового покриття. Метод дослідження – композиційний, з використанням математичного планування експерименту при визначенні оптимальних режимів нанесення порошкової фарби на виріб. У дипломній роботі надається інформація про особливості нанесення порошкових фарб, їхні різновиди; висвітлюється питання функціональних властивостей покриттів, основних етапів їх створення, а також розглядаються види дефектів та причини утворення з рекомендаціями по недопущенню їхнього утворення. Виконана магістерська дипломна робота містить наступні складові: огляд технічної літератури за темою магістерської роботи; опис основних технологічних етапів, що пов’язані зі створенням якісних полімерних покриттів, шляхом нанесення порошкових фарбувальних матеріалів на вироби; оброблення експериментальних даних; висновки. EN: The object of research is powder coating processes. The subject of research is the method of applying powder paint to obtain a high-quality polymer coating. The purpose of the work is to develop a technology for applying and obtaining a high-quality powder coating. The research method is composite, with the use of mathematical planning of the experiment when determining the optimal modes of applying powder paint to the product. The thesis provides information on the features of applying powder paints, their varieties; the question of the functional properties of coatings, the main stages of their creation is covered, as well as the types of defects and the causes of their formation are considered with recommendations to prevent their formation. The completed master's thesis contains the following components: a review of technical literature on the topic of the master's thesis; description of the main technological stages associated with the creation of high-quality polymer coatings by applying powder coloring materials to the products; experimental data processing; conclusions. | uk |
