Abstract

EN: A reasoned choice of tools for the implementation of the system was made, and with their help a functional model of the system and algorithms for information conversion were developed. Algorithms for interaction and updating information between the activities of entities that provide automated access to the resources of a sports organization have also been developed. The results obtained in the course of developing an information support system for a sports organization in the form of a chatbot with a dialog interface meet the goals and objectives of the work. A system of information support for the activities of sports organizations in the form of a chatbot with a dialog interface has been implemented, which is likely to become a solution for typical organizations in the sports sector and beyond.
