Abstract

UK: Робота присвячена дослідженню можливостей та перспектив розвитку ресторанного бізнесу в Україні. У роботі було досліджено теоретичні основи тенденцій розвитку ринку, визначено економічнуа сутність функціонування ринку та наведено методи моделювання динаміки ринку ресторанного бізнесу. Проведено аналітичну оцінку ресторанного ринку, де детально розглянуто сучасний стан розвитку та фактори формування оцінки ринку ресторанного бізнесу. Обгрунтовано потенціал розвитку ринку ресторанного бізнесу в Україні Отримані результати можуть бути використані органами державної влади в галузі ресторанного господарства, економіки для розвитку бізнесу та популяризації харчування поза домом для населення. EN: The work is devoted to the study of opportunities and prospects for the development of the restaurant business in Ukraine. In the work, the theoretical foundations of market development trends were investigated, the economic essence of market functioning was determined, and the methods of modeling the dynamics of the restaurant business market were given. Analytical assessment of the restaurant market was carried out, where the current state of development and the factors forming the assessment of the restaurant business market were considered in detail. The development potential of the restaurant business market in Ukraine is well-founded. The obtained results can be used by state authorities in the field of restaurant business, economy for business development and popularization of food away from home for the population.
