Проєкт будівництва комплексу захисних споруд в м. Запоріжжя

Abstract

UK: Робота присвячена проєктуванню та обґрунтуванню інженерних рішень нового будівництва захисної споруди телекомунікаційного вузла №1 із резервною секцією у м. Запоріжжя. Проєкт містить аналіз вихідних умов, розробку конструктивної схеми, прогнозування експлуатаційної стійкості та оцінку ефективності залізобетонних і металевих конструкцій у складі захисної оболонки. Робота складається зі вступу, шести розділів (п’ятий розділ – наукові дослідження, інші – інженерні завдання), висновків, списку джерел та додатків. Методи дослідження базуються на нормативно-технічному аналізі, розрахунково-експериментальному моделюванні впливів, інформаційно аналітичному узагальненні та практичному застосуванні інженерних рішень, спрямованих на підвищення стійкості об’єктів критичної інфраструктури. Об’єкт дослідження — захисна споруда телекомунікаційного вузла із резервною секцією. Предмет дослідження — конструктивні, інженерні та організаційні рішення щодо забезпечення експлуатаційної та вибухостійкої стійкості споруди. Актуальність теми — зумовлена війною в Україні, загрозами ударів БпЛА і ракет та потребою захисту критичної інфраструктури від уражень і зупинки цифрових сервісів держави. EN: The work is devoted to the design and justification of engineering solutions for the new construction of a protective structure for Telecommunication Node No.1 with a reserve section in Zaporizhzhia. The project includes an analysis of initial conditions, development of the structural scheme, prediction of operational stability, and evaluation of the efficiency of reinforced concrete and steel structures as part of the protective enclosure. The work consists of an introduction, six chapters (the fifth chapter is scientific research, the others are engineering tasks), conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The research methods are based on regulatory and technical analysis, calculation-experimental modeling of impacts, information-analytical generalization, and practical application of engineering solutions aimed at improving the resilience of critical infrastructure facilities. The object of the research is a protective structure for a telecommunication hub with a reserve section. The subject of the research is constructive, engineering, and organizational solutions to ensure the operational and blast resistance of the structure. The relevance of the topic is determined by the war in Ukraine, threats of UAV and missile strikes, and the need to protect critical infrastructure from destruction and disruption of state digital services.
