Abstract

UK: Об’єктом дослідження є прес-форма для холодного пресування виробів з порошкових сталей. Мета даної дипломної роботи полягає у розробленні порядку розрахунків геометричних розмірів і міцності деталей прес-форм для виготовлення виробів з порошкових сталей. У даній дипломній роботі вирішується завдання: розробити технологію (порядок) виконання розрахунків розмірів і міцності основних деталей прес-форми для виготовлення виробу заданої форми і розміру з порошкових сталей. Виконана дипломна робота містить: літературний огляд джерел за темою дипломної роботи; аналіз роботи прес-форм різного призначення та технологічної схеми виготовлення якісного виробу; наведений розрахунок геометричних розмірів деталей прес-форм та перевірка їх на міцність; За запропонованою технологією проведені геометричні розрахунки і розрахунки на міцність всіх деталей прес-форми для виготовлення деталі-прикладу з порошкової сталі ПК 10-64 EN: The object of the research is a mold for cold pressing of powdered steels products The purpose of this diploma work is to develop a procedure for calculating the geometric dimensions and strength of parts of molds for the manufacture of products from powdered steels. In this thesis, the task is solved: to develop a technology (order) for calculating the dimensions and strength of the main parts of the mold for the production of a product of a given shape and size from powdered steels. The completed thesis contains: a literature review of sources on the topic of the thesis; analysis of the operation of molds for various purposes and the technological scheme of manufacturing a high-quality product; the calculation of the geometric dimensions of the details of the press forms and their verification of their suitability; According to the proposed technology, geometric calculations and strength calculations of all parts of the mold for the production of a sample part from ПК 10-64 powder steel were carried out.
