Розробка системи моніторингу якості вебресурсу навчального закладу

Abstract

UK: В ході розробки було проаналізовано технічне завдання, на основі якого сформовано методологію моніторингу якості вебресурсу навчального закладу. Визначено цілі, функціональні вимоги, категорії користувачів та критерії оцінки якості, що охоплюють технічні, контентні, користувацькі та SEO-показники. Проведено дослідження існуючих методів оцінювання, класифіковано інструменти моніторингу та сформовано систему метрик з урахуванням міжнародних стандартів. У практичній частині реалізовано комплексний аудит двох вебресурсів Національного університету «Запорізька політехніка». За результатами аналізу технічного стану, доступності, юзабіліті, безпеки та SEO-оптимізації проведено порівняння вебресурсів, виявлено низку проблем і надано обґрунтовані рекомендації для оновленого ресурсу щодо їх усунення. Розроблена система моніторингу є прикладним інструментом для підвищення якості освітніх вебресурсів та може бути адаптована для використання в інших навчальних закладах. EN: In the course of development, the terms of reference were analyzed, on the basis of which a methodology for monitoring the quality of the educational institution's web resource was formed. The goals, functional requirements, categories of users and quality assessment criteria covering technical, content, user and SEO indicators were identified. A study of existing evaluation methods was conducted, monitoring tools were classified, and a system of metrics was formed based on international standards. In the practical part, a comprehensive audit of two web resources of the National University “Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic” was implemented. Based on the results of the analysis of the technical condition, accessibility, usability, security and SEO-optimization, a comparison of web resources was made, a number of problems were identified and reasonable recommendations for the updated resource were provided to eliminate them. The developed monitoring system is an applied tool for improving the quality of educational web resources and can be adapted for use in other educational institutions.
