Зведення промислової будівлі з ремонту автомобільної техніки в м. Запоріжжя

Abstract

UK: Дипломний проєкт присвячений розробці проєктних рішень щодо зведення промислової будівлі з ремонту автомобільної техніки в м. Запоріжжя. Робота охоплює основні етапи проєктування, розрахунку конструкцій, організації будівництва, економічного обґрунтування та забезпечення охорони праці під час виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт. В архітектурно-будівельному розділі наведено загальну інформацію щодо проєктування об’єкта, розроблено генеральний план, об’ємно-планувальні та конструктивні рішення. У розрахунково-конструкторському розділі сформульовано вихідні дані та постановку розрахункової задачі, розроблено розрахункову схему й виконано моделювання каркаса будівлі. Організаційно-технологічний розділ присвячений питанням організації будівництва. У ньому визначено технологічну послідовність виконання робіт, обсяги будівельно-монтажних робіт, підібрано комплект машин і механізмів, а також визначено параметри монтажного крана, розраховано будгенплан. Економічний розділ містить розробку локального кошторису, що дозволяє визначити вартість виконання основних будівельно-монтажних робіт. У розділі охорони праці розглянуто організацію безпеки праці на будівельному майданчику, вимоги охорони праці на робочих місцях та заходи щодо охорони навколишнього середовища. EN: The diploma project is devoted to the development of design solutions for the construction of an industrial building for the repair of automotive equipment in the city of Zaporizhia. The work covers the main stages of design, structural calculation, construction organization, economic justification and ensuring labor protection during construction and installation works. The architectural and construction section provides general information on the design of the facility, a master plan, spatial planning and constructive solutions have been developed. The calculation and design section formulates the initial data and sets the calculation problem, develops a calculation scheme and performs modeling of the building frame. The organizational and technological section is devoted to the issues of construction organization. It defines the technological sequence of work, the volume of construction and installation works, selects a set of machines and mechanisms, and also determines the parameters of the installation crane, calculates the budget plan. The economic section contains the development of a local estimate, which allows you to determine the cost of performing the main construction and installation works. The occupational safety section discusses the organization of occupational safety at the construction site, occupational safety requirements at workplaces, and environmental protection measures.
