Дослідження впливу технологічних факторів на якість композиційних матеріалів

Abstract

UK: Об’єкт досліджень – процес вакуумного формування обшивки стабілізатору із композиційних матеріалів для визначення ключових ризиків та дефектів у виготовленні виробів. Предмет дослідження – виникненні дефекти при виготовленні деталі обшивка стабілізатору і їх усунення. Мета роботи – розробка і покращення технології виготовлення обшивки стабілізатору із композиційних матеріалів для усунення вірогідних чинників утворення дефектів у структурі виробу. Метод дослідження – аналітичний, графічний, експериментальний, методи розрахунків і проектування за допомогою програми AutoCAD. У дипломному проекті розглядаються чинники, які впливають на якість виробу при його експлуатації, а також технологічні фактори і методи їх контролю. Для дослідження було виконано практичну роботу по визначенню впливу технологічних факторів на якість виробу, і методи усунення дефектів при виготовлені деталі. The subject of research is the occurrence of defects in the manufacture of the stabilizer casing part and their elimination. The purpose of the work is to develop and improve the technology for manufacturing stabilizer skins from composite materials to eliminate probable factors for the formation of defects in the product structure. The research method is analytical, graphical, experimental, calculation methods and design using the AutoCAD program. The diploma project examines the factors that affect the quality of the product during its operation, as well as technological factors and methods of their control. For the study, practical work was carried out to determine the influence of technological factors on the quality of the product, and methods for eliminating defects in manufactured parts.
