| dc.description.abstract | UK: Пояснювальна записка до дипломної кваліфікаційної роботи магістра «Дослідження впливу цементації на довговічність деталі «Зубчасте колесо»»: 45 сторінок, 18 рисунків, 4 таблиці, 1 додаток, 16 джерел. Предметом дослідження є технологічні процеси, які впливають на довговічність деталей після цементації. Мета роботи – технологічний процес оброблення заготовки після цементації для підвищення довговічності зубчастого колеса. Пояснювальна записка містить усі необхідні етапи дослідження структури та властивостей деталі зубчасте колесо для підвищення її довговічності після цементації. В результаті роботи запропоновано технологічний процес хіміко-термічної та термоциклічной обробки деталі, які призвели до значного зменшення тривалості за часом обробки та підвищення показників довговічності. The subject of research is technological processes that affect the durability of parts after cementation. The purpose of the work is the technological process of processing the workpiece after cementation to increase the durability of the gear wheel. The explanatory note contains all the necessary stages of studying the structure and properties of the gear part to increase its durability after cementation. As a result of the work, a technological process of chemical-thermal and thermocyclic processing of the part was proposed, which led to a significant reduction in the duration of processing time and an increase in durability indicators. | uk |
