Item Фізична реабілітація хворих на вертеброгенні радикулопатії грудного відділу хребта(Національний університет «Запорізька політехніка», 2026) Каплун, Євгенія Ігорівна; Kaplun, YevgeniaUK: Дипломну роботу на тему «Фізична реабілітація хворих на вертеброгенні радикулопатії грудного відділу хребта» присвячено розробці та обґрунтуванню комплексної програми фізичної реабілітації пацієнтів із вертеброгенними радикулопатіями грудного відділу хребта, а також визначенню ефективності запропонованої програми щодо зменшення больового синдрому, покращення функціонального стану та відновлення рухової активності хворих. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, сформульовано мету, об’єкт, предмет досліджень і завдання, які розв’язуються у роботі, подано наукову новизну, практичне значення отриманих результатів, обсяг та структуру роботи. У першому розділі «Теоретичні аспекти етіології, патогенезу та фізичної реабілітації при вертеброгенних радикулопатіях грудного відділу хребта» було здійснено аналіз наукової літератури щодо анатомо-фізіологічних особливостей грудного відділу хребта, розглянуто етіологічні чинники та патогенетичні механізми розвитку вертеброгенних радикулопатій. Також проаналізовано клінічні прояви, сучасні методи діагностики та підходи до фізичної реабілітації пацієнтів із даною патологією. У другому розділі «Характеристика контингенту, методів дослідження, особливостей методичного підходу та організації дослідження» наведено характеристику обстежених пацієнтів, описано застосовані методи дослідження та оцінки функціонального стану, обґрунтовано методичний підхід до проведення дослідження. Представлено розроблену програму фізичної реабілітації та практичні рекомендації щодо її застосування у хворих на вертеброгенні радикулопатії грудного відділу хребта. У третьому розділі «Результати дослідження та їх обговорення» представлено результати оцінки функціонального стану пацієнтів до та після проходження курсу фізичної реабілітації. Проведено аналіз динаміки клінічних показників, інтенсивності больового синдрому та функціональних можливостей пацієнтів, а також здійснено порівняння отриманих результатів і обґрунтовано ефективність запропонованої програми фізичної реабілітації. У висновках узагальнено результати проведеного дослідження, підтверджено ефективність комплексної програми фізичної реабілітації для хворих на вертеброгенні радикулопатії грудного відділу хребта та обґрунтовано доцільність її впровадження у практику роботи реабілітаційних центрів і лікувально-профілактичних закладів. EN: The diploma thesis on the topic “Physical Rehabilitation of Patients with Vertebrogenic Radiculopathies of the Thoracic Spine” is devoted to the development and substantiation of a comprehensive physical rehabilitation program for patients with vertebrogenic radiculopathies of the thoracic spine, as well as to the evaluation of its effectiveness in reducing pain syndrome, improving functional status, and restoring motor activity. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, defines the aim, object, subject, and objectives of the study, and presents the scientific novelty, practical significance of the obtained results, as well as the scope and structure of the thesis. The first chapter, “Theoretical Aspects of Etiology, Pathogenesis and Physical Rehabilitation in Vertebrogenic Radiculopathies of the Thoracic Spine”, provides an analysis of scientific literature concerning the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the thoracic spine, examines the etiological factors and pathogenetic mechanisms of vertebrogenic radiculopathies, and reviews clinical manifestations, modern diagnostic methods, and contemporary approaches to physical rehabilitation of patients with this pathology. The second chapter, “Characteristics of the Study Population, Research Methods, Methodological Approach and Organization of the Study”, presents the characteristics of the examined patients, describes the research methods and functional assessment techniques used in the study, substantiates the methodological approach, and outlines the developed physical rehabilitation program along with practical recommendations for its application in patients with vertebrogenic radiculopathies of the thoracic spine. The third chapter, “Research Results and Their Discussion”, presents the results of the assessment of patients’ functional status before and after the physical rehabilitation course. The dynamics of clinical indicators, pain intensity, and functional capabilities of the patients are analyzed, and the effectiveness of the proposed rehabilitation program is substantiated. The conclusions summarize the results of the study, confirm the effectiveness of the comprehensive physical rehabilitation program for patients with vertebrogenic radiculopathies of the thoracic spine, and justify the feasibility of its implementation in rehabilitation centers and healthcare institutions.Item Застосування масажу в комплексній реабілітації пацієнтів із дегенеративно-дистрофічними змінами поперекового відділу хребта(Національний університет «Запорізька політехніка», 2026) Чупранкова, Нікіти Костянтиновича; Chuprankov, Nikita K.UK: Дипломну роботу «Застосування масажу в комплексній реабілітації пацієнтів із дегенеративно-дистрофічними змінами поперекового відділу хребта » присвячено науковому обґрунтуванню та оцінці ефективності методики лікувального масажу як складової комплексної реабілітації пацієнтів із дегенеративно-дистрофічними ураженнями поперекового відділу хребта. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, сформульовано мету, об’єкт, предмет досліджень і завдання, які розв’язуються у роботі, подано наукову новизну, практичне значення отриманих результатів, обсяг та структуру роботи. У першому розділі «Теоретичні аспекти розвитку, перебігу та реабілітації пацієнтів із дегенеративно-дистрофічними змінами поперекового відділу хребта » охарактеризовано анатомо-фізіологічні особливості поперекового відділу хребта, етіологію та патогенез дегенеративно-дистрофічними змінами поперекового відділу хребта, клінічні прояви та діагностику захворювання. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до реабілітації та роль масажу в комплексній фізичній терапії при дегенеративно-дистрофічних змінах поперекового відділу хребта. У другому розділі детально описано характеристику контингенту обстежених пацієнтів, організацію дослідження на базі клініки «Ортосано» (м. Запоріжжя), методи оцінки функціонального стану (VAS, тест Шобера, гоніометрія, пальпаторне дослідження), а також методику застосування лікувального масажу в комплексній реабілітації з клініко-фізіологічним обґрунтуванням кожного прийому. У третьому розділі представлені результати порівняльного аналізу динаміки показників болю за VAS, рухливості хребта за тестом Шобера та гоніометрією, а також стану м’язового тонусу в основній (n=12, з масажем) та контрольній (n=12, без масажу) групах до та після реабілітаційного курсу. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо впровадження масажу в реабілітаційний процес. У висновках обґрунтовано доцільність включення лікувального масажу до комплексної реабілітації пацієнтів із поперековим дегенеративно-дистрофічними змінами поперекового відділу хребта та підтверджено його значно вищу ефективність порівняно зі стандартною терапією без масажного супроводу. EN: The thesis "Application of massage in comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with lumbar osteochondrosis" is devoted to the scientific substantiation and evaluation of the effectiveness of therapeutic massage as a component of comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with degenerative-dystrophic lesions of the lumbar spine. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, defines the aim, object, and subject of the research, as well as the objectives addressed in the study, and presents the scientific novelty, practical significance of the obtained results, and the scope and structure of the work. In the first section, "Theoretical Aspects of the Development, Course and Rehabilitation of Patients with Lumbar Osteochondrosis," the anatomical and physiological features of the lumbar spine are characterized, along with the etiology and pathogenesis of osteochondrosis, its clinical manifestations and diagnostic approaches. Modern rehabilitation approaches and the role of massage in comprehensive physical therapy for osteochondrosis are analyzed. In the second section provides a detailed description of the characteristics of the examined patients, the organization of the study at the "Ortosano" clinic (Zaporizhzhia), the methods for assessing functional status (VAS, Schober test, goniometry, palpatory examination), and the methodology for applying therapeutic massage in comprehensive rehabilitation with clinical and physiological substantiation of each technique. The third section presents the results of comparative analysis of pain dynamics according to VAS, spinal mobility according to the Schober test and goniometry, as well as the state of muscle tone in the main (n=12, with massage) and control (n=12, without massage) groups before and after the rehabilitation course. Practical recommendations for implementing massage into the rehabilitation process are developed. The conclusions substantiate the feasibility of including therapeutic massage in comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with lumbar osteochondrosis and confirm its significantly higher effectiveness compared to standard therapy without massage support.Item Фізична терапія чоловіків зрілого віку з компресійними переломами поперекового відділу хребта(Національний університет «Запорізька політехніка», 2026) Туренко, Олексій Олександрович; Turenko, OleksiiUK: Дипломну роботу «Фізична терапія чоловіків зрілого віку з компресійними переломами поперекового відділу хребта» присвячено обґрунтуванню теоретичних і практичних аспектів побудови ефективної програми фізичної терапії пацієнтів у відновному періоді після компресійних переломів, з урахуванням сучасних методів діагностики, особливостей віку та функціонального стану. У вступі розкрито актуальність теми, визначено мету, об’єкт, предмет і завдання дослідження, наукову новизну, практичну значущість результатів, обсяг та структуру дипломної роботи. У першому розділі «Загальна характеристика анатомо-фізіологічних, травматологічних та реабілітаційних особливостей поперекового відділу хребта» проаналізовано анатомо-фізіологічні особливості хребта, механізми виникнення компресійних переломів, сучасні методи діагностики й фізичної терапії. Другий розділ присвячено організації дослідження, опису програми фізичної терапії. Представлено алгоритм діагностики, програму занять із використанням вправ, TRX-петель, опитувальника SF-36 та шкали Борга. У третьому розділі здійснено аналіз результатів дослідження, які підтверджують ефективність запропонованої програми. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо її впровадження у практику фізичної терапії. У висновках систематизовано та підсумовано результати дослідження. EN: The thesis «Physical therapy of mature men with compression fractures of the lumbar spine» is devoted to the justification of theoretical and practical aspects of building an effective physical therapy program for patients in the recovery period after compression fractures, taking into account modern diagnostic methods, age characteristics and functional status. The introduction reveals the relevance of the topic, defines the goal, object, subject and objectives of the study, scientific novelty, practical significance of the results, scope and structure of the thesis. The first section, «General characteristics of the anatomical and physiological, traumatological and rehabilitation features of the lumbar spine», analyzes the anatomical and physiological features of the spine, the mechanisms of compression fractures, modern methods of diagnosis and physical therapy. The second section is devoted to the organization of the study, description of the physical therapy program.. The diagnostic algorithm, the program of classes using exercises, TRX loops, SF-36 questionnaires and the Borg scale are presented. The third section analyzes the results of the study, which confirm the effectiveness of the proposed program. Recommendations are offered for its implementation in physical therapy practice. У першому розділі «Сучасні погляди на розвиток діагностику та фізичну терапію військовослужбовців з наслідками акубаротравми» було здійснено загальний огляд досліджень та клінічне розуміння поняття про вибухову травму, етіологічні чинники, патогенетичні механізми та епідеміологічні характеристики акубаротравми. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до діагностики, лікування та реабілітації військовослужбовців з наслідками акубаротравми. У другому розділі детально описано характеристику досліджуваних осіб, організацію дослідження, структуру комплексної програми фізичної терапії з клініко-фізіологічним обґрунтуванням кожного засобу, а також методи оцінки отриманих результатів та обґрунтування їх доцільності. У третьому розділі представлені результати проведеного дослідження, наведено оцінку динаміки показників стану пацієнтів основної і групи порівняння до та після проведеної програми реабілітації для військовослужбовців з наслідками акубаротравми на амбулаторному етапі реабілітації. У висновках обґрунтовано доцільність використання комплексної програми фізичної терапії для військовослужбовців з наслідками акубаротравми та можливість її впровадження в реабілітаційний процес закладів охорони здоров’я. EN: The diploma work on the topic “Comprehensive Physical Therapy Program for Military Personnel with blast injure consequences” is devoted to the development and scientific substantiation of the feasibility of using a comprehensive program. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, defines the aim, object, and subject of the research, as well as the objectives addressed in the study, and presents the scientific novelty, practical significance of the obtained results, and the scope and structure of the work. In the first section, “Current Perspectives on the Development, Diagnosis, and Physical Therapy of Military Personnel with Consequences of Acoustic Barotrauma,” a general review of research and a clinical understanding of blast injury are presented, including etiological factors, pathogenesis mechanisms, and epidemiological characteristics of acoustic barotrauma. Modern approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of military personnel with the consequences of acoustic barotrauma are analysed. In the second section provides a detailed description of the characteristics of the study participants, the organization of the research, the structure of the comprehensive physical therapy program with clinical and physiological substantiation of each intervention, as well as the methods for evaluating the obtained results and justification of their appropriateness. The third section presents the results of the conducted study, including an assessment of the dynamics of patient condition indicators in the main and comparison groups before and after the implementation of the rehabilitation program for military personnel with consequences of acoustic barotrauma at the outpatient stage of rehabilitation. EN: The diploma is devoted to substantiating the feasibility of using a program based on elements of acrobatics in the physical therapy of adolescents with musculoskeletal disorders and to its practical testing. The first section «Postural disorders and postural control» considers the definition of the concepts of “posture” and “postural control”, provides a description of the structure and function of organs that participate in maintaining posture in statics and dynamics; characterizes the current state of physical therapy for posture disorders; describes and justifies the possibility of using elements of acrobatics in the rehabilitation process. The second section provides a description of the organization of the study, justifies the research methods and describes the physical therapy program. The third section presents and characterizes the results of the study, analyzes the effectiveness of the developed physical therapy program. The conclusions describe the general results of the study, summarizes the judgments regarding the effectiveness of the author's development.Item Фізична реабілітація пацієнтів з вертеброгенними шийними радикулопатіями(Національний університет «Запорізька політехніка», 2026) Нестеров, Олексій Владиславович; Nesterov, Oleksii V.UK: Дипломну роботу присвячено теоретичному обґрунтуванню, розробці та оцінці ефективності комплексної програми фізичної терапії пацієнтів із вертеброгенними шийними радикулопатіями. Актуальність теми зумовлена тим, що вертеброгенні шийні радикулопатії є однією з найбільш поширених патологій периферичної нервової системи та опорно-рухового апарату. Захворювання супроводжується больовим синдромом, порушенням чутливості, м’язовою слабкістю, обмеженням рухливості шийного відділу хребта та значним зниженням якості життя пацієнтів. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність проблеми, сформульовано мету, завдання, об’єкт і предмет дослідження, визначено методи дослідження, розкрито наукову новизну, практичне значення та структуру дипломної роботи. Перший розділ присвячено аналізу теоретичних аспектів фізичної терапії пацієнтів із вертеброгенними шийними радикулопатіями. Розглянуто анатомо-фізіологічні особливості шийного відділу хребта, етіологію, патогенез і клінічні прояви шийних радикулопатій, а також сучасні методи діагностики та оцінки функціонального стану пацієнтів. У другому розділі подано характеристику контингенту обстежених пацієнтів із патологією, описано методи дослідження функціонального стану, зокрема оцінку больового синдрому, рухливості шийного відділу хребта, функціональних обмежень за Neck Disability Index та повсякденної активності за Patient-Specific Functional Scale. Також розкрито засоби, методи й організаційно-методичні особливості проведення програми фізичної терапії. У третьому розділі наведено результати емпіричного дослідження, проаналізовано вихідні показники функціонального стану пацієнтів, динаміку больового синдрому, рухливості шийного відділу хребта та функціональної активності після курсу фізичної терапії. Проведено оцінку ефективності запропонованої програми в порівнянні з контрольною групою. У висновках узагальнено результати дослідження та підтверджено ефективність комплексної, поетапної й індивідуалізованої програми фізичної терапії пацієнтів із шийними радикулопатіями. Доведено, що її застосування сприяє зменшенню больового синдрому, покращенню рухливості шийного відділу хребта, зниженню функціональних обмежень, підвищенню повсякденної активності та покращенню якості життя пацієнтів. EN: The diploma thesis is devoted to the theoretical substantiation, development, and evaluation of the effectiveness of a comprehensive physical therapy program for patients with vertebrogenic cervical radiculopathies. The relevance of the study is determined by the high prevalence of cervical spine disorders accompanied by pain syndrome, sensory disturbances, muscle weakness, restricted cervical mobility, and decreased quality of life. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research problem, defines the aim, objectives, object, and subject of the study, describes the research methods, and presents the scientific novelty, practical significance, and structure of the diploma thesis. Chapter One is devoted to the analysis of theoretical aspects of physical therapy in patients with vertebrogenic cervical radiculopathies. The chapter considers the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the cervical spine, the etiology, pathogenesis, and clinical manifestations of cervical radiculopathies, as well as modern diagnostic approaches and methods for assessing patients’ functional status. Chapter Two presents the characteristics of the examined patients and describes the methods used to assess their functional status. These included pain intensity assessment, evaluation of cervical spine mobility, determination of functional limitations using the Neck Disability Index (NDI), and assessment of daily activity using the Patient-Specific Functional Scale (PSFS). The chapter also describes the means, methods, and organizational principles of the developed physical therapy program. Chapter Three presents the results of the empirical study and analyzes the baseline indicators of patients’ functional status, as well as the dynamics of pain syndrome, cervical spine mobility, and functional activity following the course of physical therapy. The effectiveness of the proposed program was evaluated by comparing the outcomes of the experimental and control groups. The conclusions summarize the findings of the study and confirm the effectiveness of the comprehensive, staged, and individualized physical therapy program for patients with vertebrogenic cervical radiculopathies. The implementation of the program contributed to pain reduction, improvement of cervical spine mobility, decrease in functional limitations, enhancement of daily activity, and improvement of patients’ quality of life.Item Програма фізичної терапії пацієнтів середнього віку з міофасціальним больовим синдромом(Національний університет «Запорізька політехніка», 2026) Коловооротний, Денис Володимирович; Kolovorotnyi, DenysUK: Вибір теми дипломної роботи «Програма фізичної терапії пацієнтів середнього віку з міофасціальним больовим синдромом» зумовлений високою поширеністю міофасціального больового синдрому серед осіб працездатного віку, що суттєво обмежує їхню рухову активність та знижує якість життя. В умовах сьогодення тривалий психоемоційний стрес та вимушені ергономічні навантаження значно посилюють патологічний тонус м'язів, що вимагає пошуку ефективних, безпечних та патогенетично обґрунтованих засобів фізичної терапії. У вступі розкрито важливість та своєчасність обраного напряму дослідження, сформульовано його ціль та завдання, окреслено об’єкт, предмет, а також представлено дослідницький інструментарій. Окрему увагу приділено науковій новизні, практичній та теоретичній значимості, загальному розміру кваліфікаційної роботи. Перший розділ присвячено опису сучасного стану фізичної терапії болю: визначення, підходам до класифікації, діагностиці, засобам лікування. EN: The choice of the topic of the thesis «Physical therapy program for middle aged patients with myofascial pain syndrome» is due to the high prevalence of myofascial pain syndrome among people of working age, which significantly limits their motor activity and reduces the quality of life. In the present conditions, prolonged psycho-emotional stress and unavoidable ergonomic workloads significantly increase pathological muscle tone, which requires the search for effective, safe and pathogenetically justified methods of physical therapy. The introduction highlights the importance and relevance of the chosen research direction, formulates its aim and objectives, outlines the object and subject of the study, and presents the research methods. Particular attention is paid to the scientific novelty, practical and theoretical significance, and the overall size of the thesis. The first chapter deals with a description of the current state of physical therapy for pain: definitions, approaches to classification, diagnosis, and treatment methods. The second chapter contains information about the organization of the practical part of the study. The third chapter presents and analyses the results of the study. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, визначено мету, завдання, об’єкт, предмет і методи дослідження, подано теоретичну та практичну значущість результатів, обсяг та структуру роботи. У першому розділі «Теоретичне обґрунтування комплексної програми фізичної терапії дітей з вальгусною деформацією нижніх кінцівок» проаналізовано анатомічні та біомеханічні особливості стопи, етапи її формування в дітей, типи склепінь та механіку ходьби. Висвітлено сутність, причини та ступені плоско-вальгусної деформації, її вплив на загальну поставу та опорно-руховий апарат. Розглянуто сучасні підходи до комплексної реабілітації, включаючи терапевтичні вправи, масаж, фізіотерапевтичні методи, ортопедичні засоби та метод кінезіотейпування як ефективний елемент програми. У другому розділі описано сукупність використаних методів — теоретичних, клінічних, анкетних, інструментальних. Детально подано програму фізичної терапії та порядок її впровадження з урахуванням вікових особливостей дітей. У третьому розділі наведено порівняльні дані до та після проведення фізичної терапії. Представлено результати оцінювання функціонального стану стоп за допомогою шкал та інструментальних методів. Проаналізовано ефективність запропонованої програми в основних та контрольних групах. Узагальнено динаміку змін та обґрунтовано доцільність запропонованої програми як ефективного засобу корекції деформацій нижніх кінцівок у дітей 7–13 років. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, defines the goal, objectives, object, subject, and research methods, and outlines the theoretical and practical significance of the results, as well as the volume and structure of the work. The first chapter, “Theoretical Substantiation of a Comprehensive Physical Therapy Program for Children with Valgus Deformity of the Lower Limbs”, analyzes the anatomical and biomechanical characteristics of the foot, the stages of its development in children, types of arches, and walking mechanics. It highlights the essence, causes, and degrees of flat-valgus deformity and its impact on posture and the musculoskeletal system. Modern approaches to comprehensive rehabilitation are considered, including therapeutic exercises, massage, physiotherapy methods, orthopedic devices, and kinesiotaping as an effective component of the program. The second chapter describes the set of methods used— theoretical, clinical, survey-based, and instrumental. It provides a description of the participants, divided into four groups according to age and type of intervention. The physical therapy program is presented in detail, along with the procedure for its implementation, taking into account the age characteristics of the children. The third chapter presents comparative data before and after the application of physical therapy. The results of foot function assessment using scales and instrumental methods are shown. The effectiveness of the proposed program is analyzed in the main and control groups. EN: The thesis entitled "Effectiveness of a Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program for Preschool Children with Cerebral Palsy" is devoted to the substantiation of modern methodological approaches to physical therapy, taking into account the clinical features of children with cerebral palsy, and to the assessment of the effectiveness of an individually developed rehabilitation program. The introduction reveals the relevance of the problem, formulates the aim, object, and subject of the study, outlines the research objectives, defines the scientific novelty, practical significance of the obtained results, and the structure of the work. The first chapter provides a review of scientific sources on the etiology and pathogenesis of cerebral palsy, describes motor impairments in spastic forms, and substantiates the effectiveness of physical therapy for correcting motor patterns. The second chapter is devoted to the objectives, methods, and organization of the study. It describes tools for assessing functional status, positioning methods, adaptation, and modern physical therapy techniques used during the rehabilitation process. The third chapter presents the results of the study, which involved preschool children with level II GMFCS. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the standard and modern individualized therapy programs was conducted.
